Let's talk the walk
Walking is a natural activity that all humans are evolutionarily trained to do. Without walking, humans would not have evolved into different races or geographical locations. Obviously, evolution has churned out people in history that chose to not walk more or make running from danger a necessity. Now it is a new era, where the luxury of life is the opposite of walking, sitting. In today's era where there is extensive lack of physical activity, an activity such as walking is not just a necessity it is a requirement to maintain good health and build immunity.
"If I rest, I rust"
- Swami Vivekananda
This is now a walking journal. There are different kinds of walks. Like there are times I just want to take a breath. I want to cool off after a heavy day, so I take a walk. I have had a very inactive day I take a walk. I have arguments at home I take a walk. I am in nature I take a walk. I would rather walk to a place than find any other means of transport because there is time or its economical and climate friendly. I just take a walk.
We have come a long way. We have walked and we have rested. If there is more rust, we will brush it out. Let's devise ways in which we can improve our understanding the way this universe works.
